Please enquire.<\/li>\n<li>If there are considerable fluctuations in the Sterling to Euro exchange rate the amounts quoted here may go up or down.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Course Fee<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Please note: course fee figures given are in Sterling.<\/li>\n<li>Course cost = \u00a3820 per person (or \u00a3670 for full-time students); for non-players it is \u00a3440. <br>There is a \u00a330 &#8216;early bird&#8217; discount available for anyone who books and pays before the end of [tbc]. <br>This includes accommodation for six nights, three meals a day (with water and coffee, wine is extra) &#8211; with the exception of lunch in Lucca, which you pay for yourself &#8211; and all tuition costs for players. &nbsp;The accommodation is in either a standard single room or a standard double\/twin room, and bathrooms are shared. <br>There are a limited number of larger rooms, including en-suite doubles, and for these the following supplements will apply for the six nights:<\/li>\n<li>Double en suite = \u00a360 extra \/ person<\/li>\n<li>Large double\/twin = \u00a340 extra \/ person<\/li>\n<li>Large single = \u00a360 extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cancellation\/Refund Policy<\/h2>\n<p>[Last updated: 06\/08\/2024]<\/p>\n<p>This refund policy covers two eventualities: 1. We cancel. 2. You cancel. In either eventuality, this policy deals only with the fee as outlined above: the cost of travel, and any other costs\/expenses are not covered by, nor relevant to, this policy.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>We cancel<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<p>If we were to cancel the course, for any reason, any payment(s) you have made for the course fee would be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that there is a minimum number of participants required to make the course viable. &nbsp;If that number is not reached then cancellation is possible, up to 2 months before the start date of the course. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>You cancel <\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<p>If you need to cancel your attendance on the course for health reasons you would be refunded, upon presentation of a doctor&#8217;s note, 50% of the fee that you have already paid.
